Social Publishing & Hubs

SwipePost connects directly to major platforms, allowing you to bypass third-party schedulers and post directly from your content generation workflow.

Platform Integration

â„šī¸
Manage your active connections in Settings > Connected Accounts.

X (Twitter) Integration

Supports standard Tweets, Threads, and media uploads. Requires media.write scope. Ensure your X Developer Portal app has "Read and Write" permissions enabled.

LinkedIn Connectivity

Supports personal profiles and Company Pages. Ideal for long-form, professional content. Requires the w_member_social permission.

Meta (Facebook/Instagram)

Requires linking a Facebook Page. Instagram posting specifically requires an Instagram Business or Creator account linked to that Facebook Page.

The Two Hubs

Your generated content lives in two primary hubs before it is pushed to social media.

A

Saved Collections

Your library of ideas. When you generate content you like, save it here. You can refine copy, swap out images, or tag it for future campaigns without having to schedule it immediately.

B

Calendar

The deployment zone. Drag and drop posts from your Saved Collections onto specific dates and times. The system will automatically publish the post when the scheduled time arrives.

Troubleshooting API Errors

âš ī¸
If publishing fails, the most common issue is an expired token. Go to Settings and click "Reconnect" to refresh your access.

Instagram 9004 Error (Local Dev)

If you are building locally with ngrok, Instagram's crawler may be blocked by the ngrok browser warning page. Ensure SwipePost is deployed publicly or use an ngrok configuration that bypasses the interstitial.

X 403 Forbidden Error

This usually means your X App does not have write permissions, or your specific user token wasn't granted the media.write scope. You must disconnect the account in SwipePost, fix settings in X Developer Portal, and reconnect.
