Core Workflows

Learn how successful users string SwipePost's features together to automate their digital marketing efforts.

Workflow 1: The Daily Trend Ride

Use this workflow when you have 5 minutes and need to post something highly relevant to today's news cycle.

1

Generate Tab

Open the Generate Tab. The "Trending Topics" section automatically pulls live data relevant to your industry.

2

Select & Gen

Click a trend. Provide a brief 1-sentence thought on the trend in the text box. Hit Generate.

3

Publish Instantly

Review the output. Instead of saving, immediately select your connected platforms (e.g., X and LinkedIn) and click "Publish Now".

Workflow 2: The Weekly Planner

This workflow relies heavily on the AI Agent to act as your content strategist.
1

Agent Brainstorm

Open the Agent tab. Prompt: "Give me 5 post concepts for a B2B SaaS company focusing on data security next week."

2

Instruct Agent to Draft

Reply: "Great, draft posts for concepts 1, 3, and 5. Format them for LinkedIn."

3

Save & Schedule

Click the 'Save' icon on the Agent's generated responses. Navigate to the Calendar tab and drag those saved posts onto the specific days you want them to go live.

Workflow 3: Competitor Remixing

1

Find Inspiration

Find a high-performing blog post, news article, or competitor social media post that you want to share your spin on. Copy the URL.

2

Generate via Context

Go to the Generate tab. Paste the URL into the "Reference URL" field. Add a prompt like: "Summarize this but add our brand's perspective on why decentralization is better."

3

Refine Image

The AI will generate an image based on the article's context. If you don't like it, use the Agent to request a specific modification.
